There are two sets of memory mapped vector tables supported by PIPE:
Default vector table - Used for standard operation in application code.
LFU PIPE vector table. - Used for LFU operation.
When performing an LFU, users can update their interrupt vectors with minimal impact on timing by populating the inactive vector table and then swapping to it by modifying the LFU_INT_VECT_MAPPING field in the INT_VECT_MAPPING register. Unlike with A/B flash bank swap, these vector tables reside at two different memory addresses.
For more information on LUF, refer to the Safety and Security and Flash Module chapters.
