Powering data centers from the grid to the gate

With power demands increasing to support AI workloads, 800V and +/-400V DC adoption is imminent. Our portfolio is well-positioned to address this demand. Our high-voltage GaN power stages, digital controllers, isolated gate drivers and digital isolators enable high efficiency and high power density AC/DC conversion.

For energy storage, our battery monitors, protectors and gauges can be leveraged to ensure safe and reliable operation of battery and capacitive backup units.
