2.5 Power Management

There are multiple voltage levels in use on the device to effectively optimize the power consumption of various modules operating in different power modes.

The external power supplies are as follows:

  • VMain, VPP: 1.8V
  • VIO1, VIO2, VDDSF : 1.8V/ 3.3V
  • VPA: 3.3V
