23.9 DMA Operation

The PDM can trigger DMA to move data from the receive FIFO. DMA reads the FIFODATA register; the FIFOCTL0 register maps specific FIFOs to FIFODATA. FIFO‑mapped channels for DMA must not be accessed via the CPU PDMx.DATAy registers. Data registers are offset‑aligned so that a single DMA trigger can move data from multiple synchronized channels.
