The input SYNC_IN clock can be modulated in a staircase (triangular) fashion step-by-step, with minimum step duration of 50 µs and clock frequency change of 50 kHz to 100 kHz.
After the PLL is locked, SYNC_IN clock can change within ranges defined by fPLL_LOCK with maximum frequency step defined by fDITHER_STEP_SYNC.
