BQ25960 是一款峰值效率为 98.1% 的 8A 电池充电解决方案,采用开关电容结构,适用于 1 节锂离子电池。开关电容结构允许电缆电流为充电电流的一半,从而减少电缆功率损耗并限制温度上升。两相结构可提高充电效率并降低输入和输出电容要求。当与 BQ2561x 或 BQ2589x 等主充电器一起使用时,系统可在恒定电流 (CC) 和恒定电压 (CV) 模式下实现从涓流充电到终端的完整充电周期。

BQ25960 通过内部 MOSFET 支持 5A 旁路模式充电(以前称为电池开关模式充电)。旁路模式充电路径中的 Rdson 为 21mΩ,用于大电流操作。集成的旁路模式可向后兼容 5V 快速充电适配器,从而为 1 节电池充电。

该器件通过集成多路复用控制和驱动器支持外部 N-FET 的双输入配置。它还允许无需外部 N-FET 的单输入或单 N-FET。
