说明

TPS541620 是一款高度集成的非隔离式双路直流/直流转换器,具有较高的工作频率,采用 3mm × 5mm 封装。该器件可配置为两个单独的 6A 轨道,也可合并驱动一个 12A 电流负载。该器件实现了具有可选斜坡幅度配置的固定频率高级电流模式控制 (ACM),可优化环路带宽。两个模式选择引脚(MODE1 和 2)用于选择开关频率、配置、时钟相位延迟和内部补偿。
