7.3.15.3 Reference Undervoltage Monitor (REF_UVn flag)

The reference undervoltage monitor sets the REF_UVn bit to 0b if the reference voltage selected by the STEPx_REF_SEL[1:0] bits on a certain sequence step dropped below the reference undervoltage threshold (THREF_UV). Use the REF_UV_SEL bit to select between two different undervoltage thresholds. Enable the reference undervoltage monitor using the REF_UV_EN bit. Write 1b to clear the REF_UVn bit to 1b.

The monitor only detects reference undervoltage conditions when the device is converting and is inactive during the conversion start delay period, or when the device is in idle, standby, or power-down mode.
