Design power-dense, comprehensive battery input protection
Due to the increase in processing power in electronic control units (ECU), traditional protection solutions such as Schottky diodes and P-channel field-effect transistors (FETs) are no longer as viable. Our ideal diodes protect downstream devices and systems with high system efficiency, improved thermal management and a very small solution size.
