4.1.1 AM62Lx Processor Family Power Architecture

Figure 4-1 includes load switch U119 for sequencing VCC_3V3_SYS (SOC IO supply) that is controlled by PMIC GPIO and a shunt (for current measurement or isolation) placed close to the load switch output. Capacitor provision to control the output supply slew rate to meet the processor slew rate requirements specified in the processor-specific data sheet is included.
