蠕变是指在已施加负载但所有其他环境因素不变的情况下电桥输出的变化。负载单元在负载下经过一段时间后可能会产生变形,从而导致蠕变。蠕变恢复是指在取消负载条件后电桥输出的变化。这两种误差都是在给定时间段内的额定值,可能包含在电桥数据表中(请参阅表 4-1)。不过,这些误差与 ADC 测量本身没有关系。
与某些其他参数类似,蠕变和蠕变恢复是无法进行校准的误差。产生的影响必须在系统设计的误差预算之内。
