The F29H85x MCU series introduces the advanced C29x core, purpose-built for real-time applications. This core delivers byte-addressability, low interrupt latency, and optimized pipeline for high-performance processing. The series features new peripherals, including an error signaling module, a data logger tool, and real-time direct memory access (DMA), all designed to simplify development and enhance functionality and system protection.
Our comprehensive safety and security ecosystem supports AUTOSAR/MCAL, with key features including lockstep C29x cores running a 200MHz, EVITA full hardware security module (HSM), safety and security unit, and up to 36 PWM and 80 ADC channels.

The F28P55x series is part of the mid-performance line of C2000 real-time MCUs, optimized for efficient control of power electronics. It is the first in the C2000 family to feature an integrated neural processing unit (NPU), enabling enhanced real-time control and motoring capabilities. With over 40 cost-optimized device options, this series supports advanced real-time control in EV/HEV systems, industrial motor control, and digital power applications.
Key features include a 150MHz C28x DSP + CLA, an NPU AI accelerator, up to 1.1MB of flash and 133KB of RAM, five 12-bit ADCs at 3.9 MSPS, up to 24 PWM and 39 ADC channels, and support for FSI, CLB, security and safety.

The F28P65x expands the software compatible scalable portfolio of C2000™ real-time MCUs for industrial and automotive applications. The device features new generation of PWM (type 5) and analog innovation to enable tomorrow’s power electronics digital control solutions. Combined with safety, security and communication options like Ethercat on a small 9x9mm package, the device provides innovation and system cost optimization for various applications ranging from solar, energy storage, EV charging station, robotics and motor drives as well as EV power train (OBC- OBC/DC) among others.
Key features include 3 CPUs, up to 36 high resolution PWM, 40 12/16 bit ADC channels, EtherCat, FSI, CLB, security and safety.

The C2000™ MCU product portfolio includes TÜV SÜD-certified functional safety hardware and software development processes, designed to meet automotive and industrial functional safety requirements for C2000™ real-time microcontrollers. The device architecture supports functional safety, with comprehensive documentation to streamline customers' safety assessments at the system level, and a software library for implementing various safety mechanisms.
Our safety modules include the safety & security unit, lockstep comparator module, and dual-clock comparator, supporting ASIL-D/SIL-3 compliance. Our safety tooling includes the software diagnostic library with examples of safety mechanisms and AUTOSAR-MCAL drivers.
