说明

ADS921x 是一款 18-bit、10MSPS/通道、双通道、同步采样模数转换器 (ADC),此转换器具有一个用于 ADC 输入的集成驱动器。该 ADC 在 10 MSPS/ch下的功耗仅为 180 mW/ch,功耗随采样率减小而迅速降低。

ADS921x 使用串行低电压差动信号 (SLVDS) 数据接口,可实现高速数字接口,同时更大限度地降低数字开关噪声。该器件采用节省空间的 6-mm × 6-mmVQFN 封装。

ADS921x 的额定工作温度范围为 –40°C 至 +125°C。
