6.10.7 Enhanced Universal Serial Communication Interface (eUSCI_A0, eUSCI_B0)

The eUSCI modules are used for serial data communications. The eUSCI_A module supports either UART or SPI communications. The eUSCI_B module supports either SPI or I2C communications. Additionally, eUSCI_A supports automatic baud-rate detection and IrDA. Table 6-10 lists the pin configurations that are required for each eUSCI mode.
