Before using DSI for video, the correct HS clock must first be set in the DLPC342x controller. The DLPC342x clock rate must be set to match the clock rate of the DSI host device. If the HS clock rate is changed during normal operation (i.e. on-the-fly), each time the clock rate is to be changed, the DSI HS transactions must first stop before sending this command.

The DSI HS clock rate is to be provided in units of MHz. For example, 376 MHz results in 0178h and is sent as BD 78 01. All values must be rounded up to the next megahertz value (for example, 75.1 MHz rounds up to 76 MHz).
