说明

TUSS4440 是一款高度集成的变压器驱动模拟前端,适用于工业超声波应用。传感器驱动级包含低侧互补驱动器,此类驱动器可配置为通过升压变压器来驱动超声波传感器。该器件向变压器的初级侧传输恒定电流。

接收信号路径包括低噪声线性放大器、带通滤波器,后跟对数增益放大器,可根据输入决定放大。对数放大器具有很高的灵敏度,可捕捉弱回波信号,并在整个反射回波范围内提供出色的输入动态范围。

驱动器可以直接通过微控制器进行控制,以对突发信号进行完全定制,或者可以通过 SPI 并借助可定制的脉冲长度进行编程。TUSS4440 可以支持单个传感器发送和接收突发信号,或者可以设置两个传感器来拆分发送和接收功能。
