An SCD fault is when the discharge load is high enough that the voltage across the RSNS resistor, (VSRP-VSRN), is measured below the SCD voltage threshold, VSCD. Both CHG and DSG are turned off if the fault condition lasts for a duration of SCD Delay, tSCD_DELAY.
