Humidity Sensor

The HDC1000 device is a digital humidity sensor with a relative humidity (RH) operating range of 0% to 100% that provides excellent measurement accuracy at very low power (see [7]). Some other features are:

  • Relative humidity accuracy ±3%
  • 14-bit measurement resolution
  • Supply voltage range of 3 V to 5 V
