Software Setup

A graphical user interface (GUI) is available from ti.com (TPS63820EVM GUI), which allows simple and convenient programming of the device through the TI USB2ANY (USB2ANY) device. Alternatively, the user can use any I2C-standardized programming tool or I2C host to configure the device. Be mindful of the I2C pins specification, such as timing parameters and proper pullup resistors.

The TPS63820 has three I2C target addresses that can be configured by the ADDR pin. Table 3-1 shows the I2C target addresses and the ADDR pin connections.
