개요
BOOSTXL-3PHGANINV EVM(평가 모듈)은 서보 드라이브와 같은 정밀 드라이브의 정확한 제어를 위한 정밀 인라인 션트 기반 위상 전류 센싱 기능을 갖춘 48V/10A 3상 GaN 인버터를 구현합니다.
MathWorks MATLAB & Simulink 예시 모델에는 다음이 포함됩니다.

- 위상당 7ARMS 출력 전류를 지원하는 넓은 입력 전압 범위 12V~60V 3상 GaN 인버터
- –25°C~85°C의 온도 범위에서 높은 정확도로 위상 전류 센싱 제공
