2.3.1.3 关于系统频率变化

如果在初始调用 Fapi_initializeAPI() 函数后更改了系统工作频率，则必须再次调用该函数，然后才能使用任何其他 API 函数（Fapi_getLibraryInfo() 函数除外）。该过程将更新 API 内部状态变量。
