2.3 Test Setup Details

Biased HDR up to 100-krad(Si) exposure are also tested and the device is functional and passes the electrical test within the data sheet limit. The devices under LDR exposure are tested in unbiased and biased condition. Unbiased exposure means with all the pins grounded.
