Device Information

The TLV4H290-SEP is a quad channel comparator which offers low input offset voltage, fault-tolerant inputs with an excellent speed-to- power combination and a propagation delay of 100ns. Operating voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V with a quiescent supply current of 25μA per channel. The TLV4H290-SEP also feature a no output phase inversion with fault-tolerant inputs that can go up to 6V without damage. The TLV4H290-SEP comparator has an open-drain output stage that can be pulled below or beyond the supply voltage, making it appropriate for level translation.

It has been RHA qualified to 30 krad(Si) under HDR.
