Test Overview

The OPA4H199-SP was tested according to MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1019.9. For this testing, Condition A was used. The product was irradiated up to the target radiation level, and then put through full electrical parametric testing on the production Automated Test Equipment (ATE). All devices remained functional passing all parametric test limits.
