3 说明

TPS61175-Q1 是一款单片开关稳压器，带有集成的 3A/40V 电源开关。 此器件可配置成多种标准开关稳压器拓扑，包括升压、SEPIC 和反激式。 此器件具有宽输入电压范围，可支持输入电压来自多节电池或者 5V、12V 稳压电源轨的应用。

TPS61175-Q1 使用电流模式脉宽调制 (PWM) 控制来调节输出电压。 PWM 的开关频率可由外部电阻或外部时钟信号设定。 用户可将开关频率编程设定在 200kHz 至 2.2MHz 之间。

此器件的可编程软启动功能可限制启动期间的浪涌电流，并且还具有逐脉冲过流限制和热关断等其它内置保护特性。 TPS61175-Q1 采用带有 PowerPAD 的 14 引脚 HTSSOP 封装。
