Minimum Voltage Configuration

The minimum voltage for the USB power delivery sink capabilities can be set according to Table 2-7. When the received USB PD source capabilities do not meet the minimum and maximum voltage range the capabilities mismatch bit is set on the USB PD request. When the minimum voltage is set greater than 5V the higher capability bit is set in the sink capabilities.
