CC1020 器件是一款真正的单芯片 UHF 收发器,专为极低功耗、极低电压的无线应用 设计。该电路主要用于 ISM(工业、科学和医疗)和 SRD(短程器件)频段的 402、424、426、429、433、447、449、469、868 和 915MHz,也可轻松进行编程,从而在 402 至 470MHz 和 804 至 930MHz 频段的其他频率上进行多通道运行。

CC1020 器件尤其适用于窄带系统,该系统的信道间隔为 12.5 或 25kHz,符合 ARIB STD-T67 和 EN 300 220 标准。

可使用串行总线对 CC1020 器件的主要运行参数进行编程,因而 CC1020 器件是一款非常灵活且易于使用的收发器。

在典型系统中,CC1020 器件将与微控制器和一些外部无源组件一起使用。
