The UC1843B-SP control IC is a radiation hardened pin-for-pin compatible version of the UC1843A-SP. Providing the necessary characteristics to control current-mode switched-mode power supplies, this device has improved features. Start-up current is specified to be less than 0.5 mA and oscillator discharge is trimmed to 8.3 mA. During UVLO, the output stage can sink at least 10 mA at less than 1.2 V for V_CC over 5 V.

UC1843BEVM-CVAL — UC1843B-SP 电流模式 PWM 控制器评估模块

UC1843BEVM-CVAL 使用 UC1843A-SP、INA901-SP、LM139AQML-SP 和 UC1901-SP 创建具有电流检测和过流标志的隔离式反馈反激式转换器。UC1843A-SP 用于切换反激式转换器的低侧 MOSFET，并为输出端提供电压和电流。UC1901-SP 可检测输出电压并实现隔离式反馈环路。INA901-SP 可感应提供给 LM139AQML-SP 的输入电流以产生过流标志。
