7.1 Application Information

The TLV700xx-Q1 devices belong to a family of next-generation-value LDO regulators. The devices consume low quiescent current and deliver excellent line and load transient performance. These characteristics, combined with low noise snd very good PSRR with little (VIN – VOUT) headroom, make this device family designed for for RF portable applications. This family of regulators offers sub-band-gap output voltages down to 0.7V, current limit, and thermal protection, and is specified from –40°C to +125°C.
