  • D = Deep Sleep Enabled

  • Q = Non-Functional Safety

• Line 3: Lot Trace Code
  • 27 = Year/Month Code
  • Z = Assembly Site Code
  • D6M = Assembly Lot
  • 9= Primary Site Code
• Line 4:
  • 791A = Device Identifier
  • AMF = Package Identifier
  • G1 = "Green" Package Build (must be underlined)
