Package Pin Assignment Difference between SR1.0/SR1.1 and SR1.2

Details:

Two AMH package terminals previously assigned to VDD_MMC0 and VDDA_0P85_DLL_MMC0 power rails have been assigned to a new signal function, VDDR_CORE, and the connectivity was merged with the VDDR_CORE power rail inside of the package as the device transitions from Device Revision A/B (SR1.0/SR1.1) to Device Revision C (SR1.2) and newer devices.

  • Terminal 1J1
    • SR1.0/SR1.1: Assigned to VDDA_0P85_DLL_MMC0
    • SR1.2 and newer: Assigned to VDDR_CORE
  • Terminal 1K3
    • SR1.0/SR1.1: Assigned to VDD_MMC0
    • SR1.2 and newer: Assigned to VDDR_CORE

Note: For new designs using SR1.2 or when installing SR1.2 devices on boards designed for SR1.0/SR1.1, terminals 1J1 and 1K3 must be supplied by the same power source as VDDR_CORE.
