Description

The TPSM8D7620 evaluation module (EVM) facilitates the evaluation of the TPSM8D7620 (6A) and TPSM8D420 (4A) pin-to-pin compatible buck converters in small 6.4mm × 7mm overmolded ball grid array (BGA) package. The TPSM8D7620EVM uses the 6A TPSM8D7620 to output two voltage rails: 1.2V and 2.5V for input voltage up to 17V.
