3 说明

UC2843A-Q1 控制器件是 UC2843 的引脚对引脚兼容改进版本。该器件提供了控制开关模式电源电流模式所必需的功能，并且具备下述改进的特性。规定的启动电流不到 0.5mA。振荡器放电电流调整为 8.3mA。欠压锁定期间，输出级可在 VCC 高于 5V 时，以低于 1.2V 的电压灌入至少 10mA 的电流。
