3 说明

LM2733 开关稳压器是在 1.6MHz（“X”选项）和 600kHz（“Y”选项）固定频率下工作的电流模式升压转换器。

通过使用 SOT-23 封装（凭借内部 1A 开关的极小功率损耗和使用小型电感器和电容器），可以实现业界最高的功率密度。40V 内部开关使这些解决方案非常适合升压至 16V 或更高的电压。

这些器件具有逻辑电平关断引脚，可用于降低静态电流并延长电池寿命。

通过逐周期电流限制和热关断提供保护。内部补偿可简化设计并减少组件数量。
