Reset and Power Up

When the ADS1000-Q1 powers up, the device automatically performs a reset. As part of the reset, the ADS1000-Q1 sets all of the bits in the configuration register to the respective default settings.

The ADS1000-Q1 responds to the I2C general-call reset command. When the ADS1000-Q1 receives a general call reset, the device performs an internal reset, exactly as if the ADS1000-Q1 was just powered on.
