Analog temperature sensor: Not usable at high temperatures

Revision(s) Affected

IWRL6432 ES1.0

Details

Leakage current paths have been identified along the routing path to GPADC.

The analog temperature sensor are not usable at high temperatures due to this issue.

Workaround

Use digital temperature sensor readings to get an estimate of the die temperature.

This has been fixed in ES2.0
