6.2 Hardware Requirements and Setup

Performing the charge and discharge cycle and recording the IVT characteristics of a battery can be done using a battery, a constant-voltage and constant-current power supply, bqStudio, and a BQ27Z855EVM.

Start by setting this hardware up as shown in Figure 6-2. This setup is identical to Figure 4-1.
