Power Supply Recommendations

The TS5A12301E does not have power sequencing requirements. If there is a voltage present on the COM, NC, and NO pins before power is supplied to the VCC pin, the isolation feature in power-down mode (VCC = 0) protects the device and signal path.

Although it is not required, power-supply bypassing improves noise margin and prevents switching noise propagation from the VCC supply to other components. A 0.1-µF capacitor, connected from VCC to GND, is adequate for most applications.
