xx is the nominal output voltage. For example, 33 = 3.3V, 50 = 5.0V, 01 = Adjustable.

yyy is the package designator. For example, DBV = SOT-23, DRV = WSON.

(M) indicates that a device is qualified to extended temperature range. See the Recommended Operating Conditions.

z indicates the package quantity. R is for large reel (3000 pieces).
