Below Power-On-Reset (VDD < VPOR)

When the voltage on VDD is lower than VPOR, the device does not have enough voltage to internally pull the asserted RESET output low and RESET is undefined. RESET is also undefined and can pull up to VDD or to the pull-up voltage. Neither output can be relied upon for proper device function.
