TLC694x 器件集成了增强型电路来解决小间距 LED 显示应用中的 各种显示问题：低灰度均匀性问题、耦合问题、重影问题和卡特彼勒问题。

TLC694x 器件 具有 LED 开路检测功能，错误检测结果可以通过串行数据接口读取。热关断和 IREF 电阻短路保护可确保实现更高的系统可靠性。TLC694x 器件还具有智能省电模式，可以在所有输出关断的情况下将总电流消耗设置为 1mA（典型值）。
