SN74LV244A-Q1 八路缓冲器和线路驱动器在 2V 至 5.5V VCC 电压下运行。

该器件配置为两组，每组四个驱动器，每组都由各自的输出使能引脚进行控制。该器件专用于使用 Ioff 的局部断电应用。Ioff 电路会禁用输出，从而在器件断电时防止电流回流损坏器件。
