PGA849 等可编程增益放大器使用内部电阻器来设置增益。因此,流经这些电阻器的电流会增加电流消耗。当施加大振幅差分信号时,最大电源电流消耗出现在 G = 1V/V 时。
图 8-5 至图 8-8 展示了输入级电源的典型电流消耗与输入差分电压间的关系,以及器件过驱时 PGA849 输入消耗的电流。虚线垂直基准线勾勒出器件在给定增益 (VINDIFF) 下的线性工作区域,在该区域之外,器件的输入会被过驱。
