13.1 封装

13.1.1 外露焊盘

封装底部的外露焊盘是主要散热路径。因此,必须将焊盘焊接到 PCB 的接地层,以便获得最佳散热性能。将焊盘连接到接地层时,请务必控制好所用过孔的数量。

13.1.2 非磁性封装

磁共振成像 (MRI) 应用 中有一项重要要求,即 RF 线圈区域附近所安装组件的磁兼容性。组件封装中的任何铁磁性材料都会在 MRI 图像中引入伪影。因此,首选采用非磁性封装的组件。

ADS5263 采用一种特殊的非磁性封装,即使在高磁场环境下也不会产生任何伪影。欲订购非磁性部件,请认准“-NM”后缀。
