说明

INA253-Q1 是一款具有 2mΩ 集成分流电阻器的汽车类电压输出、电流检测放大器。INA253-Q1 可独立于电源电压在 –4V 至 +80V 的宽共模范围内监控双向电流。共有三种固定增益可供选择:100mV/A、200mV/A 和 400mV/A。通过将精密电阻器和零漂移斩波放大器进行整合,可以为感应电阻器提供校准等效测量精度、15ppm/°C 的超低温漂性能和优化的开尔文布局。

INA253-Q1 采用了增强型 PWM 抑制电路,可抑制较大的 (dv/dt) 信号,从而实现实时持续电流测量。这种测量对于电机驱动应用中的线路内电流测量以及电磁阀控制应用至关重要。

该器件由 2.7V 至 5.5V 的单电源供电运行,消耗的最大电源电流为 3mA。所有增益版本的额定工作温度范围均为 -40°C 至 +125°C,并采用 20 引脚 TSSOP 封装。
