BQ2945xy 系列产品是用于锂离子电池组系统的二级电压监控器和保护器。独立监控每节电池是否具有过压状态。根据配置，如果两节或三节电池中的任何电池存在过压，则在经过固定的延迟后会触发一个输出。在过压状态满足指定的延迟计时器条件后，该输出触发为高电平状态。
