3 说明

此器件是一个 8 引脚的集成电路，其中 包含 开发高功率 IEEE 802.3af 型受电设备 (PD) 所需的所有特性。与 TPS237X 系列器件相比，TPS2376-H 具有更高的电流限制和更高的散热能力。TPS2376-H 实现完全兼容的 PoE 接口，同时支持更高功耗的非标准实现。使用 100 米的 CAT-5 电缆通过 52V 最小 PSE 供电时可构建 26W PD。TPS2376-H 具有 100V 额定电压、600mA 电流功能、可调浪涌限制、具有自动重试功能的故障保护以及真正的漏极开路电源正常状态指示功能。
