PCIe: BAR0, BAR2, and BAR4 cannot be disabled
BAR0, BAR2, and BAR4 cannot be disabled. Most, if not all user applications will use BAR0, but BAR2 and BAR4 will not be needed depending on user application.
BAR1, BAR3, and BAR5 can be disabled.
Allocate a small memory region for BAR2 and BAR4 and mapped into a region of valid memory that is reserved for PCIe use so that host cannot read/write to them to cause issues.
