C. R.F. FIXTURE WITH 700-MHz DESIGN RULES REQUIRED. IC SHOULD BE SOLDERED INTO TEST BOARD AND BYPASSED WITH 0.1 μF CAPACITOR. SCOPE AND PROBES REQUIRE 700-MHz BANDWIDTH.
