3 说明

TLV3201-Q1 和 TLV3202-Q1 分别属于单通道和双通道比较器，它们实现了高速度 (40ns) 与低功耗 (40µA) 的完美组合，两者均采用极小型封装，具有轨至轨输入、低偏移电压 (1mV) 和大输出驱动电流等 特性 。这些器件还很容易在响应时间至关重要的多种 应用 中实施。

TLV320x-Q1 系列可提供单通道 (TLV3201-Q1) 和双通道 (TLV3202-Q1) 版本，这两个版本的器件都带有推挽输出。TLV3201-Q1 采用 5 引脚 SC70 封装。TLV3202-Q1 采用 8 引脚 VSSOP 封装。所有器件可在 -40°C 至 +125°C 的扩展工业温度范围内运行。
